Dan Stern wrote: WD-40 is NOT a penetrant. It's a Water Displacer (as in W. D.--and it's not all that good at doing that, either.) Kroil is universally recognized as the finest penetrant out there. Liquid wrench works OK. B'Laster is supposed to be good. And I have had more than my share of excellent results on rusted-up or corroded junctions with diet Coke. (Coke because the phosphoric acid does a fantastic job of eating-away corrosion and rust, and Diet because that way there's no sugar to act as a glue in the junction.)

Use liquid wrench first and give it a couple of hours to penetrate. Snap-on sells reverse bits as do really good hardware stores.
